Good to know before you come
How do I find Aura Glow on Rabai Road?
We’re on the 2nd floor of the TJ&U Fitness Complex on Rabai Road, Buruburu Phase 1. Look for the TJ&U Fitness sign on the building, take the stairs past the gym on the 1st floor, and our front desk is at the top. Open the map for directions, or call 0722 358 594 and we’ll guide you in.
How should I prepare for an advanced facial?
Come with a clean face if you can, and skip retinol, peels and exfoliating acids for two or three days before. Don’t wax or thread the face on the same day. Tell us about any allergies, medication or pregnancy. After a HydraFacial there’s no downtime, but wear sunscreen and give your skin a break from heavy makeup for the rest of the day.
How should I prepare for a body scrub, steam or Moroccan bath?
Avoid shaving or waxing for a day before, eat something light, and drink water before and after the steam. Robes, towels, caps and a shower are provided, so you only need yourself. Tell us if you’re pregnant or have a heart condition before any steam or sauna.
What if I’m running late or need to cancel?
Call or WhatsApp us as soon as you know. If you’re running late we’ll keep your treatment if the next client allows, or move you to the next free slot. To cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least a few hours before so someone else can have the slot. Deposits for bridal makeup, micro shading and sisterlocks move with your new date.
Can you host a bridal party or a group?
Yes. For bridal parties, birthdays and girls’ days, choose “5 or more” in the booking form or message us on WhatsApp. We plan who does what so everyone is ready on time: makeup, nails, facials and massages for the bride, the bridesmaids and the mothers. Our side-by-side packages are perfect for two.
Is Aura Glow only for ladies?
Not at all. Self-care is for everyone: fellas book massages, pedicures, facials and Thai stretch therapy with us all the time, and Double Jay Barbershop is right here in the building for a fresh cut. We also do kids’ hair and kids’ massage.
How do I pay?
Nothing is paid online. Pay by M-Pesa or cash at the front desk after your treatment. Bridal makeup, micro shading, sisterlocks, packages and gift vouchers take an M-Pesa deposit; we send the details when we confirm.
